Zachery Aaron Shores-Chmielewski 7ac9925ac3 fix(myelin-worker): make sampler shutdown interruptible 
Replace the sleep-based CPU sampler loop with an event wait so shutdown wakes immediately instead of blocking for the sampling interval.
