- Add SWIM probe telemetry: SwimProbeEvent / swim.probes channel and SwimTelemetry observer tracking probe events, consecutive timeouts, and last-ack age. - Enrich MembershipTransition; thread telemetry through worker_node/config/ distribution_stack. - Expand orchestrator_app VastAI planning-cache handling; add vastai teardown logging; xtask updates.
